OUR SERVICES
Complete Fitness and Weight Training
Your membership includes free use of all the facilities during normal operational hours
You can attend as many regularly scheduled classes as desired.
Your first hour in the equipment room is spent under the supervision of one of our personal trainers who will evaluate you on each machine, teach you the correct way of using them, and set you up on a training regiment that is customized for you and your needs.
Personal one on one training is available by appointment for $30 per hour or 4 hours for $100 and is provided by one of our certified personal trainers
MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is done during normal business hours by our certified Massage Therapist. The rates for this service are $55/hour for members and nonmembers alike. Appointments are required.
TANNING BOOTH
The tanning booth is available by appointment or you can take your chances on a walk in basis. You will receive a 20 minute session for the following rates:
MEMBERS: $3 per session -10 sessions for $25
NONMEMBERS: $5 per session - 10 sessions for $40
JUICE BAR
A complete selection of juices and softdrinks as well as fitness vitamins and other items are available right at our juice bar, located just off the front lobby. A refreshing place to stop after a hard workout.
